Maintenance Fitter

We are seeking an experienced Afternoon Maintenance Fitter to join a stable and reputable manufacturing business offering modern equipment and a strong safety culture. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining, repairing, and improving plant and equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance on plant and machinery
• Perform breakdown repairs
• Record maintenance activities and report issues
• Identify and assist with continuous improvement opportunities
• Ensure all work is completed in line with WHS and safety standards

Requirements

• Trade qualified Fitter & Turner / Mechanical Fitter
• Previous proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Commitment to workplace safety
